CPA Montréal has partnered with the École des métiers spécialisés de Laval (EMS) to offer a paid and subsidized training program in Motorized Equipment Parts and Sales Consulting, starting October 20, 2025.

Offered under the work-study (ATE) model, this program allows participants to alternate between classroom learning and hands-on work experience while receiving a salary paid by their employer.

Intern compensation:
• $23.03 / hour for companies under CPA Montréal
• $18.90 / hour for companies under CPA Laurentides–Lanaudière
CPA Montréal provides a subsidy of up to $19 / hour per trainee. The employer covers the difference between the subsidized rate and the actual wage paid.

This opportunity is open to both new workers wishing to enter the automotive industry and current employees without a DEP.
Participants will gain practical skills, earn a recognized diploma, and acquire paid experience directly aligned with real-world industry needs.
