Paid general holidays

Here are the details concerning the statutory general holidays of the current year.

(1) January 1st and 2nd 2026;

(2) Good Friday or Easter Monday, at the option of the employer; April 3rd or 6th 2026;

(3) Monday, May 18th 2026;

(4) June 24th 2026;

(5) July 1st 2026;

(6) Monday, September 7th 2026;

(7) Monday, October 12th 2026;

(8) December 25th and 26th 2026.

6.06. 1. The 24th of June, St. John the Baptist Day, is the National Holiday.
