In accordance to the article 16 of the Act respecting collective agreement decrees, the Parity committee of the automotive industry of the Montreal region advise and inform the employees and professional employers of the conditions of employment determined in the decree. You will find enclosed the administrative version of the Decree containing the modifications in force until the February 3th, 2021. The administrative version of the Decree is intended to help understanding. Laws, regulations and decrees have legal value and take precedence at all times.
