A season dedicated to recognition and pride in the automotive industry<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This summer, CPA Montr\u00e9al took action to highlight the importance of the people who drive the automotive industry, both young and experienced.
Our participation in the Gala M\u00e9ritas 2025<\/strong><\/em> and the Gala Hommage du domaine de la carrosserie<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0perfectly reflects this commitment.
And let\u2019s not forget the very first edition of our new event, Reconnaissance 1re Classe<\/em>!<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”30377″ img_size=”large” add_caption=”yes”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1762368230563{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

Gala M\u00e9ritas : Celebrating the Next Generation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On June 4, the Gala M\u00e9ritas<\/em> celebrated the achievements of outstanding students at the Pavillon Jacques-Cartier in Old Montreal.
CPA Montr\u00e9al was proud to be there to show its support for these young people who have chosen to build their future in our great industry.<\/p>\n

Our representatives at the booth had the chance to meet and talk\u00a0with many honorees.
Our participation aimed to congratulate them and encourage their ongoing professional development.<\/p>\n

To recognize their determination and potential, two toolboxes were awarded.
It\u2019s also worth noting the remarkable increase in the number of women in the industry: twelve of them were honored at the Gala, a first!<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”30362″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1762368461658{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

Gala Hommage Carrosserie : Honoring the Pillars of the Industry<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On June 17, CPA Montr\u00e9al attended the Gala Hommage du domaine de la carrosserie<\/em> organized by Groupe R\u00e9my Rousseau.
Inspiring conferences covered topics such as innovation, workforce retention strategies, and the modernization of inventory management tools.<\/p>\n

The evening continued with a networking cocktail filled with meaningful conversations and exchanges.
Above all, this gala aimed to recognize key figures in our industry for their outstanding contributions.<\/p>\n

Five individuals were honored:
Sylvain Lavall\u00e9e, Richard Villeneuve (LAR), Lyssa Dion-Dicaire (Fix Auto Blainville), Guy Jr Lescarbeau (Unipi\u00e8ces O.E.M.), and Pierre Godin (Centre de Collision Saint-Jean).<\/strong><\/p>\n

A night marked by solidarity, inspiration, and the shared passion of an industry looking toward the future.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”30356″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1762368202476{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

Reconnaissance 1re Classe: A Successful First Edition<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On June 12, CPA Montr\u00e9al hosted the very first edition of Reconnaissance 1re Classe<\/em>, a cocktail evening dedicated to those who earned their 1re classe<\/em> certification in 2024.<\/p>\n

These professionals truly deserve recognition for the hard work and commitment it took to achieve the highest certification in their trade.<\/p>\n

The evening began with opening remarks from Mr. Louis-Martin Jannard (Canada Motor Jobs), master of ceremonies, who skillfully hosted the event. He then passed the microphone to Mr. Sylvain Murphy, General Manager of CPA Montr\u00e9al, for the official opening, followed by a heartfelt speech from Ms. Tatiana Pruneanu, Director of Qualification and Training. The highlight of the evening came with the presentation of honorary plaques.<\/p>\n

A networking cocktail afterward encouraged meaningful exchanges among the guests of honor.
The evening concluded on an inspiring note with closing remarks from Ms. Monica Paraschivescu, Deputy General Manager \u2013 HR and Administration.<\/p>\n

This first edition sets the foundation for a great tradition to come.
