PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1688731597840{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]The Modernizing Legislation for the Protection of Personal Information Act (formerly Bill 64) will make significant changes to privacy laws. Effective September 22nd, 2021, the purpose of the Act is to give citizens more control over their personal information. It modernizes the legislative framework to adapt it to today’s technological reality.<\/p>\n

The Parity committee of the automotive services industry in the Montr\u00e9al region (CPA Montr\u00e9al) complies with Bill 25 and designates Ms. Monica Paraschivescu as the person responsible for access to information and protection of personal information:<\/p>\n
