Where an employee wears a uniform or special clothing identified or not with the employer\u2019s establishment, the employer must supply it free of charge. The employer cannot deduct from the employee\u2019s wage or require an amount of money from the employee for the purchase, rental, use or maintenance of that uniform or special clothing.<\/p>\n

At the end of his employment, the employee must return the uniform or special clothing to the employer.<\/div>\n
