Replacing a competency card<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1646833737080{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]The career development plans of a worker practicing a trade related to automobile mechanics, truck mechanics or bodywork start with an apprenticeship period. It is divided in three sections of 2000 hours. The total duration of the apprenticeship is 6000 hours, after which candidates take the exam to evaluate their knowledge and skills for practicing the trade.<\/p>\n

During the apprenticeship period in the industry, apprentices are supervised by qualified journeymen who share their knowledge and techniques.<\/p>\n
