An employer requiring the wearing of a uniform or special clothing identified or not with the employer\u2019s establishment must supply it free of charge to an employee and cannot deduct any amount from the employee\u2019s wage or require an amount of money from the employee for the purchase, use or maintenance of that uniform or special clothing.<\/div>\n
