An employee who reports to work at his place of employment at the express demand of his employer or in the regular course of his employment and who works fewer than 3 consecutive hours, except in the case of a fortuitous event, is entitled to an indemnity equal to 3 hours at his hourly rate currently paid and, as the case may be, increased, in accordance with section 4.01.<\/div>\n
