The Parity committee of the automotive services industry in the Montréal region (CPA Montréal) is a non-profit organization representing various associations of employers and employees. Its purpose is to negotiate and administer the Decree respecting the automotive services industry in the Montréal region. The CPA Montréal is the means by which the industry defines its operating rules, governs, develops and disciplines itself.

The CPA Montréal is the ideal support structure for all employees of the industry, helping them to maintain their skills and thereby the quality of services offered to customers. In addition to promoting the image of the industry and attracting newcomers, the CPA Montréal establishes fair working conditions for all employees and stimulates healthy competition among businesses. All of those efforts are directed towards the best interests of employees, employers, customers and road users.
