Board of Directors | The CPA Montréal coat of arms Structure and servicesOur servicesIn addition to the application of the Decree, the industry's employees and employers can count on their CPA for continuous professional training and skills testing. Our structure![]() Management : administers the CPA Montréal as per the statutes and regulations of the committee and in accordance with the policies issued by the Board of Directors. Management is responsible for the application and implementation of all development projects. It also ensures that goals and objectives are met. Financial and Material Resources Department : ensures the safe management of both financial and physical assets at the committee's disposal. Qualification and Training Department : ensures the proper administration of professional qualification exams, and contributes to the implementation of various qualification and professional training programs. Computer and Monthly Reports Management Department : processes monthly reports received from nearly 3,000 employers and keeps 15,000 employees' records up to date. It also develops state-of-the-art computer applications that maximize the CPA Montréal's efficiency, ensuring the quality of the services received by both our internal and external customers. Inspection and Contentious Department : This department is responsible for the management of the Decree. A team of inspectors covers the territory, not only to ensure the application of the Decree, but also to keep both employers and their employees fully informed on the laws and regulations. They act as the CPA Montréal's ambassadors in promoting all of the services offered by the committee and in serving the industry. Lastly, the inspection and litigation department is responsible for taking the appropriate measures to protect the rights of workers and to ensure that no unfair competition or similar practices take place in the industry. |
