Board of Directors

All CPAs operate under the same structure of parity, responsibility and decision-making. This structure includes the following components:

The Board of Directors: The board is the sovereign authority. It is constituted of an equal number of representatives from the unions and from the employers.

The Examining Panel is answerable to the Board of Directors. It is responsible for testing the skills of the workforce and is constituted of practitioners recognized for their competence, knowledge and integrity.
